We are looking for a Project Engineer for a leading machinery company focused on export,
operating in a highly innovative and promising sector.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Management/Operations.
• Leverage synergies with other companies in the Group to achieve growth in a market
  with high potential in the coming years.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer, etc.) or similar.
• Experience managing projects and engineering teams at an international level.
• Over 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role within the construction, machinery,
  or related sectors.
• Languages: Fluent English, Spanish, and Catalan.
• Personal qualities: Sociability, empathy, honesty, etc.
• Residence in or near Lleida city.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Offer:

• Initial gross salary: €50,000–€60,000 (fixed) + performance-based variable
  compensation.
